At its core, helping busy people develop sustainable dieting and exercising habits is Moksha Method’s mission.
Everyone’s reason for committing to wellness is different—just like everyone’s path to wellness is different—but finding enough time in the day to meal prep, work out, enjoy quality alone time, work your day job, and deal with all of life’s curveballs sometimes makes it seem impossible find balance.
Moksha Method is an accessible yoga-centric approach to find harmony between body and mind for a happier, healthier you.
Why is yoga important to Moksha Method?
Yoga is a key ingredient to Moksha Method because it nourishes the body and the mind.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or have never stepped foot into a yoga studio before, yoga not only strengthens you mentally and physically but also helps condition you to process life as it comes at you. It’s not about which advanced poses you can do on the mat but the magic that happens after you step off of it.
What does Moksha Method mean?
In Sanskrit, “Moksha” is the removing of obstacles to self acceptance.
So often when we focus on our physical and mental health, we’re looking to “fix” ourselves. Health and wellness is a journey. Rather than starting that journey with the viewpoint of what’s wrong, it’s much more impactful (and healthier) to approach this lifelong commitment with no judgment and a lot of self love.
